SALCEDA + CARBALLEDA, S.C. is an architectural firm established in Paris and Panama City.  Founded by Ramiro Salceda (Master of Architecture, Harvard University) and Luis Carballeda (Maestría en Proyectos Arquitectónicos, ETSAB Barcelona), the firm has extensive experience, including work in Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, New York, and Panama.

Our design philosophy pivots around landscape and environment with specific focus on creativity and innovation, sustainability and efficiency.

Our core services are architecture, design, interior design, urban design, and master planning.

Currently in Panama, we have a diverse portfolio of work including residential projects, historic properties, hotels and resorts, corporate offices, commercial properties, institutional buildings and master plans of real estate developments.

Our architects have acquired a range of expertise in design and technical development during their prior professional practice. The following projects are worth noting because they demonstrate both the firm’s work in range of architectural scales and the quality of its associations:

-Mr. Salceda’s work for the London firm of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates on the design and developments of the World Trade Center in Amsterdam which received the Royal Institute of British Architects Award, 2003.

-Mr. Carballeda’s design and development for Josep Miàs + Partners of the Barceloneta Public Market which received the Architecture and Urbanism Ciudad de Barcelona Award in 2007.

-Mr. Salceda’s design and development for Renzo Piano Building Workshop of the headquarters of the New York Times Corporation in New York City which won the American Institute of Architect’s award for Best Tall Building, 2008.

We appreciate the consideration that you give our firm in the development of your future projects.
